Site
Four to eight weeksEvery Aspire home starts with the lot. We walk the site, study its light, breezes, and the trees worth saving, and choose a plan that truly belongs on the street.
Design
Four to six monthsWe draw to the lot — its breezes, sun path, and the trees worth saving. White oak, natural stone, plaster, glass: every material is specified, sourced, and approved before the drawings are sealed.
Build
Twelve to eighteen monthsOne project lead on site weekly, crews we have worked with for years, daily photographs, and a line-item budget. Quality execution, with attention to every detail.
Move-in
A two-year follow-throughKeys, plus a binder of every paint, fixture, fabric, and warranty in the house. We follow through on adjustments for two years as the home settles into Florida.
